budgie-desktop software package provides Desktop package for budgie-desktop, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install budgie-desktop
budgie-desktop is installed in your system.
Make ensure the budgie-desktop package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep budgie-desktop *
You will get with budgie-desktop package name, version, architecture and description in a table
